The pups spring into action when Mayor Humdinger and his kittens find themselves in trouble after tampering with Blinky the Clown's miniature vehicle. With their playful antics gone awry, it’s up to the brave pups to step in and help rescue the mayor and his mischievous crew from the predicament they’ve created.
