Marina makes a definitive break from Howard, leaving him heartbroken and suspicious that she may be involved with someone else. Desperate to win her back, he turns to his friends for assistance. Foggy believes that what Howard really needs is a touch of "the glamour of the uniform." Luckily, Auntie Wainwright has just launched a new costume department, which might be the ideal spot to find the perfect look to impress Marina.
