The Mayor stirs up a frenzy in Townsville while campaigning for his re-election, but in the process, he accidentally disturbs Fuzzy Lumpkins, who isn't pleased by the disruption. The townsfolk, drawn to Fuzzy's charm, ultimately decide to cast their votes for him, naming him the new Mayor.
