Beau Dunavant acquired a parcel of land in Tres Piedras, New Mexico, intending it as a romantic gift for his girlfriend, Samantha Inman. Their dream is to create an eco-friendly home primarily built from recycled materials and earth. While they envision a cozy, self-sustaining dwelling, the harsh realities of the desert—raging winds, intense heat, and frigid nights—may prove to be more challenging than they had anticipated.
