In Experiment #222 - Poxy, chaos ensues when Pleakley unknowingly consumes the experiment in his breakfast cereal. To rescue Poxy, Lilo and Stitch must shrink themselves using one of Jumba's inventions, along with a tiny vehicle, and journey through Pleakley's body. Meanwhile, Gantu seizes Pleakley, intending to deliver him to Hamsterviel for Poxy. Will Lilo and Stitch manage to retrieve Poxy and save Pleakley before time runs out and they revert to their original size?
