Cesar takes on a heartfelt mission to assist the dogs affected by Hurricane Katrina. Along the way, he meets a couple whose romance was thriving until their pets crossed paths. He also faces a challenge with a large dog that has a troublesome tendency to chew through toys, towels, and trampolines.
