Cesar travels to the UK to assist with a pair of unruly Jack Russells who struggle during walks and when meeting new people. He also works with a rescued street dog that is overly protective of her adoptive family, as well as a Dalmation that exhibits disruptive behavior both at home and during outdoor strolls.
