Denise Hatcher, Khadijah's former high school basketball foe, visits the Flavor office to express her frustration over a sportswriter's remarks about her coaching skills. Their conversation quickly escalates as they recall a past all-star game where they were on the same team. Denise still harbors resentment over Khadijah being named MVP after scoring the game-winning basket, which she claims was due to Khadijah stepping on her foot and intercepting a pass meant for her.
