S4E4 Not So Silent Partner

Khadijah encounters Jeremy Mills, a corporate representative from Majestic Publishing, who proposes that they buy a stake in Flavor. She declines, pointing out their interest stems from the failure of their own magazine. After the staff voices their need for a health plan and a flood at the print shop delays an issue, Khadijah reluctantly agrees to sell 25 percent of the magazine. Tensions rise as Jeremy attempts to position himself as a savior for the employees. When he fails to deliver the health plan, he tries to make Khadijah break the bad news. In response, she confronts the corporate head, threatening to resign if the plan isn’t provided. Jeremy reprimands her for undermining him, leading to a challenge where he must endure a grueling overnight work session with the team. He begins to appreciate the effort that goes into the magazine. Meanwhile, Regine struggles with her own emotional issues.
