In the midst of a frigid winter, Popeye attempts to showcase his skiing skills on the jumps to win Olive's admiration. However, his antics inadvertently disturb a massive bear that is hibernating nearby. As the bear awakens, chaos ensues, leaving Popeye scrambling to manage the situation while still trying to capture Olive's attention.
