S1E6 Pattys Mom

Patty believes she’s located her mother and strikes a deal with Nick: she’ll pause her search if he agrees to remain on the street corner where she spotted the woman for an entire week. Now, Nick finds himself waiting at the corner, searching for a woman in purple boots accompanied by a stuffed giraffe dressed in sneakers. He eventually encounters her and, despite his reservations, facilitates a reunion between Patty and her mom. The outcome is a disaster, leading Patty to ultimately choose to stay with Nick instead.
