After Monk's insurance denies coverage for additional one-on-one therapy, he reluctantly enrolls in Dr. Bell's group sessions. However, things take a dark turn when it becomes apparent that someone is targeting his fellow participants in a series of suspicious incidents. As Monk grapples with his own anxieties, he must also uncover the identity of the potential killer among them.
