Cyborg and Beast Boy decide to take advantage of Zippy's Pizza's "thirty minutes or it's free" promotion, but the delivery guy turns out to be incredibly fast and hard to outrun. This sparks a hilarious battle of clever tactics between the two. Meanwhile, Robin finds himself torn between constructing a senior center or a pool, with his inclination leaning toward the pool mainly because he wants to catch a glimpse of Starfire in a bikini.
