Johnny and his mother cope with his father's gradual descent into a coma in contrasting manners. He seeks to settle an old obligation, while she engages in wagering on the exact moment her ex-husband will pass away. Meanwhile, the guys find themselves unable to escape a bothersome song that keeps playing over and over in their heads.
