The notorious Black Dragon, a feared criminal syndicate, has emerged in Zhu Zin, asserting their control over the trading post and insisting that Kung Lao, Siro, and Taja vacate the premises. As the trio stands firm against the Black Dragon's threats, one of their members, Jola, strikes a bargain with Shang Tsung, seeking both power and retribution.
