Noel has a hunch that an 18-month-old Australian Shepherd might be experiencing nerve compression, while an 11-month-old pug exhibits symptoms of neurological issues. It turns out the pug has a bone deformity that's compressing her spinal cord. Meanwhile, an urgent situation arises when a Jack Russell puppy named Bella is brought in after a freak accident has left her with a shattered pelvis.
