Noel sets out to help a cocker spaniel with its leg issues by equipping it with two bionic back feet. He also begins to investigate the reason behind a cat that drags its leg. Meanwhile, a Westie puppy with a fractured knee comes in, but its boundless energy makes it hard to keep still for treatment.
