They focus on a place they call The City Barn, where they aim to repair the worn-out roof and enhance accessibility for a 13-year-old fighting cancer. However, when structural complications halt the renovations, the Holmes team shifts their attention to The Flood House, discovering how a minor leak spiraled into a major disaster for the residents.
