Skipper Matthews boasts an incredible comic book collection, with his top pick being The Masked Mutant, a thrilling tale of a wicked supervillain determined to conquer the universe. Skipper is utterly captivated by The Mutant. However, his world takes a turn when he wanders into an unfamiliar area of town and stumbles upon a building that strikingly resembles The Mutant's lair. This mysterious structure seems to appear and vanish at will. Has Skipper let his imagination run wild after too many comics, or could it be that The Masked Mutant actually resides in Riverview Falls?
