After serving two decades for the rape of a teenage girl, Ray Schenkel is released from prison, causing concern for retired detective William Dorsey. When another teenage girl is assaulted along the path Schenkel would have likely taken, Stabler decides to go undercover as a newly paroled sex offender to infiltrate the therapy group and halfway house where Schenkel is staying. Meanwhile, Cragen expresses his worries about Stabler's safety and whether he might be taking on more than he can handle.
