Czar Zosta, the humanoid insect and Killemoff's superior, makes a grand entrance into Tromaville with his enormous, grotesque, self-absorbed daughter, Princess Gerba of Smogula. Captivated by Toxie, she demands that he marry her, threatening to annihilate Earth if he refuses.
