When Frank Landau, the head of the DNC, reaches out to Reddick, Boseman & Lockhart for assistance in mobilizing African-American voters, the conversation takes a personal twist for one of the partners. As Diane resolves to take legal action against Rare Orchard, she is taken aback to discover that all the relevant court documents have vanished, sending her on an unforeseen journey of investigation. At the same time, Marissa forms a friendship with Caleb Garlin, an associate from STR Laurie.
