Yong Bao arrives on Sodor, sparking jealousy in Thomas, who feels the need to demonstrate his courage. Determined to show he's the bravest, Thomas challenges Yong Bao to a variety of daring feats. However, things take a turn for the worse when their competition leads them to become stuck in the Old Mine, forcing them to work together to find a way out.
