Chloe suddenly finds herself in the field when a woman claims her boyfriend might be involved in a terrorist plot. Meanwhile, Jack and Curtis's attempts to capture Marwan are interrupted by the Secret Service, who come with orders to arrest Jack for his defiance. In the midst of this chaos, Mike reaches out to former President David Palmer for assistance, as Logan's inability to take charge becomes increasingly evident.
