Kerry is skeptical about Bridget's capability to organize the Halloween party for the school as part of her responsibilities as Student Body President. Meanwhile, C.J. takes on the role of security guard for the event, determined to catch Rory in the act of pulling a prank. On the other hand, Jim faces a mob of neighborhood kids who turn on him when he declines to give out candy to the trick-or-treaters.
