The host journeys to the Azores, a secluded group of islands in the Atlantic, to visit Magnus, Lucy, and their one-year-old son, Frey. The family resides in a self-sufficient cabin perched on a steep mountain, originally purchased by Magnus's wandering father in the 1980s. For the past 15 years, they have dedicated themselves to the monumental project of rehabilitating both the property and surrounding land.
