EL PASO, TEXAS - Jarod takes on the role of a child psychologist in an effort to assist a young boy who has fallen mute after witnessing the assassination of a DEA agent. Meanwhile, at the Centre, Mr. Raines faces scrutiny due to Miss Parker's actions. His situation takes a turn for the worse when a former patient and project resurfaces, bringing complications to his already precarious position.
