After a lesbian couple becomes their new neighbors, Bill and Judy are determined to win their approval for their dream deck. However, their attempts at friendliness fall flat, prompting them to enlist Lauren's help to charm the neighbors by setting her up with their awkward son, Chris. Unfortunately, things take an unexpected turn when Lauren develops genuine feelings for Chris, but his mothers disapprove, believing she could be a negative influence on him.
