S6E19 The Diner

Jed encourages Jethro to start his own business, leading Jethro to aspire to be a fry cook and open a restaurant. He shares Jethro's ambitions with Mr. Drysdale, who helps by finding a shabby old diner available for rent at $35 a week. Jethro sets to work renovating the diner, naming it the Happy Gizzard. However, when his first customer, a young woman, walks in, she quickly leaves after Jethro fails to prepare her a hamburger. Just in time, Granny arrives to lend a hand and agrees to take over the cooking for Jethro.
