Eric and Kim have been struggling to make their home work for their family, but with renovation expenses climbing, they began exploring other options. They relocated their master bedroom to the attic, but the situation has become unbearable. Enter realtor David and designer Hilary, who step in to assist. David seeks out a new home that offers enough bedrooms for the entire family, while Hilary focuses on maximizing the space in their current house. Once everything is complete, Eric and Kim will face a tough decision: will they choose to love their renovated home or list it for sale?
