As a powerful earthquake shakes an underground nuclear facility in Russia, Steve faces a race against time. He must save the fiancée of his friend, Col. Vasily Zhukov, who is trapped under rubble. To make matters worse, Steve also needs to prevent a potential reactor meltdown that could have dire consequences. With danger looming, he must act swiftly to ensure both their safety and the stability of the facility.
