Angelica recruits the Rugrats to join her ballet troupe, eager to put on her own recital and prove her dancing skills. This scheme arises from her lies to Susie about taking dance lessons—she had actually been kicked out after just two classes—and her jealousy over Susie being cast as a lead in Swan Lake. Angelica faces a major hurdle convincing Chuckie to don a tutu, as he's embarrassed about it. The outcome is “Angelica Lake,” featuring a bucket of water as the lake and Dil in his high chair pretending to be a tree. Meanwhile, the adults—Stu, Drew, Randy, and Chazz—struggle to determine the cause of some damaged roofing tiles while working on Stu's roof.
