Abhilash moves to Mukherjee Nagar for his last shot at the IAS, only to discover his life and studies are missing the proper emotional balance. As DM, he lands in a no-win situation when Pawan—his old rival from Mukherjee Nagar—arrives as DM Sambhal to vie for the Education Town project. Meanwhile, back home, Deepa’s parents and his own refuse to delay their wedding any longer.
