Meifon picks up Mamori and Mirei, bringing them to a quaint town managed by Torino Kazumi, who looks after girls unable or unwilling to stay at Veste. Meanwhile, Charlotte discovers that Meifon has been pilfering supplies from Welter, and she orders Kasumi to capture her. The following day, as Kasumi searches for Meifon in Torino Town, Mirei steps forward, willing to take the blame and surrender. Just as Charlotte prepares to strike, Mamori intervenes to help Mirei defend herself. Just when they seem outmatched by a non-Armed Kasumi, they receive unexpected support from Rain Hasumi and Lady J, the formidable duo known as Lady Lady.
