Hector discovers that the enigmatic Cuban who questioned Kiki is none other than Felix Rodriguez, a seasoned CIA agent involved in the Iran-Contra affair. Despite being advised against pursuing the investigation, Hector persists and ultimately faces forced retirement. The case remains stagnant for years until a new informant emerges, bringing forth a startling accusation.
