The Evil Queen has regained her freedom and sets a cunning trap for Prince Wendell of the Nine Kingdoms. In a twist, her dog takes on the appearance of the prince while the real Prince Wendell is turned into a dog. Meanwhile, he inadvertently tumbles through a magical mirror, landing in the 10th Kingdom—New York City. Ordinary citizens Virginia and Tony Lewis find themselves caught up in this extraordinary dilemma and must embark on a journey to a concealed fantasy realm to restore Prince Wendell to his rightful shape.
