When Shelby unexpectedly encounters Erica's unreliable brother, Matty, she is surprised to find out that turning to the church has transformed his life for the better. Inspired by his story, Shelby devises a plan to persuade the girls to join her on a church trip, believing it might motivate them to make positive changes in their own lives as well.
