S4E4 Bearing Witness

Kavanagh takes on the case of a Jehovah's Witness mother whose 13-year-old son is in dire need of a life-saving blood transfusion. The mother stands firm in her beliefs and declines the procedure, leading to Luke being declared a ward of court. The hospital then pursues legal approval to carry out the transfusion. Ultimately, the court rules in favor of the hospital, and Luke receives the necessary treatment.
