Leave it to Cooter to stir up some trouble. When government agents pull over at the Boar's Nest while transporting the U.S. President’s limousine through Hazzard, Cooter seizes the opportunity. He quickly hot-wires the limo and takes off for an adventurous joyride, leaving everyone in a frenzy.
