After Fred accidentally drops a bowling ball on his foot, his pained hopping and howling are misinterpreted as the latest dance craze, the Frantic. He gets invited to perform on the TV music show "Shinrock," but when stage fright sets in, he struggles to find his groove. However, a sudden jab from a wayward bowling pin reignites his energy, and he starts hopping and howling once more, turning his mishap into an unexpected performance.
