S1E1 An Ensign for McHale

Ensign Charles Parker arrives to take on the role of Executive Officer aboard the PT 73, but his reception from McHale and the crew is far from friendly. However, McHale quickly recognizes Parker's potential and encourages the team to step up their game, convincing them that they need to improve if they want the Ensign to remain as their XO.
