The attorneys at Cage, Fish & McBeal find themselves at odds when a woman with two distinct personalities seeks legal representation from both sides. Helena Green, a fierce and assertive individual, seeks a divorce from her husband, having married the gentle and timid Helen Green years prior. Helena teams up with Liza and Richard, a couple facing their own issues with commitment, while Helen enlists Ally and John to advocate for her. After all, who better to represent a subdued personality driven by love than those two?
