In Little Bazeley-by-the-Sea, four agents have disappeared while searching for one another. Steed and Emma arrive to investigate the situation, encountering a peculiar local landlord, a blacksmith, and a vicar along the way. As they dig deeper, they begin to wonder if these seemingly ordinary townsfolk are hiding more than meets the eye.
