Two seemingly unstoppable foreign agents break free from a high-security monastery, which is operated by intelligence services. Once on the loose, they resume their deadly mission to assassinate a key target each. Steed and Tara spring into action to track them down and uncover the details of their escape, racing against time before their commander takes similar action.
