Agents West and Gordon are on the trail of a string of explosive incidents that have reduced luxurious mansions to rubble. While staying with affluent host Mr. Taney, they are startled by a piercing noise. Just moments later, the house starts to collapse, and the agents narrowly escape, witnessing a massive tuning fork emitting intense sound waves. As they investigate further, they come across a letter addressed to Mr. Taney from the Cyclops Insurance Company, advising him to secure a policy to guard against any future damage to his estate.
