The Raven's scheme appears to be going smoothly after they successfully hypnotize Jim West, compelling him to kill the Mexican Ambassador. However, their plan backfires when they discover that Frank Harper was posing as the ambassador to assess Jim's conditioning. Teaming up, West and Harper devise a plan to infiltrate and dismantle The Raven's operations, managing to capture all of its members except for the towering Tycho.
