Benevolent businessman Tony Jackson ends up in Brimlington Hospital due to an illness, which brings joy to manager Susan Mitchell. Meanwhile, Kenny discovers a kindred spirit in the hospital, while porter Ian faces off against his adversary. Ivan is busy fundraising to assist someone in traveling to America for medical treatment, but questions arise about whether he has hidden intentions behind his generosity.
