S3E1 Friends in High Places

As the third season kicks off, Lovejoy returns to Felsham after an extended stay in Spain, where his attempts at painting have yielded little success. He eagerly reunites with Tinker, who has taken a vow of silence in a monastery, Jane, who sports a new style, and Eric, now employed as a security guard. When Victoria Cavero, an old acquaintance of Jane's, arrives for a visit, Lovejoy is instantly smitten. Victoria intends to sell a gold ring from South America, which triggers a series of bizarre events, involving safecracking, abduction, polo matches, and treachery for both Lovejoy and Jane.
