Mitch accidentally loosens the rope holding the Professor's newest creation, a gas-filled balloon, sending it soaring into the sky with Mike, Jimmy, and Dr. Beaker on board. Now, it falls to Professor Popkiss to pilot Supercar and come to their aid.
