During a picnic, Andy realizes he left his fishing license at home, leading to an unexpected encounter with a justice of the peace. Misinterpreting the situation, Barney catches wind of it and assumes Andy and Helen are tying the knot. Excitedly, he gathers their friends to witness what he thinks will be a wedding ceremony.
